A Collar Building <br />configuration peunits an exception to Design Standards, al, <br />lowing the primary entrance of the Single -Use Building to <br />face an interiorparking lot instead of the frontage street. The <br />Collar Building can be integrated with the Single Use Build- <br />ing, built with common walls, or s eparated by up to 20' for <br />vehicle access or a pedestrian arcade.
