Residential accessory structures do not tend to have an economic impact on an area. <br />7) .Consistency with the Comprehensive Municipal Plan <br />There is not much mentioned in regards to :accessorystructures or detached garages in the <br />Comprehensive Plan. Provided that zoning.requlmments and other municipal ordinances are met, <br />the proposed project would be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />8) Anticipated Duration of the Conditional or Interim Use <br />As a conditional use, the:proposed structure. would be intended to be used for a considerable <br />amount of time.. <br />17.5.9(8) <br />1) Compliance. with all zoning and other regulations as. may otherwise. be applicable;. <br />The. proposed request is compliant with setbackand heightrequirements, and would be:required <br />to comply with all. other applicable local, State, .or Federal regulations.
