Recommend the Council approve the request, with -or without conditions <br />2. Recommend the Co.unciI deny the. request, with findings for denial. <br />3. Table for further:reviewlstudy <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning Commission should review the criteria, and determine if there are findings to support <br />,approval or denial of the request. <br />If the Planning Commisslon'finds.the request meets the.criteria for a CUP, the Planner would: recommend <br />approval of the Conditional Use Permit request to build a. detached accessory structure exceeding 1,000 <br />SF in size, at.3934 Scheunem.an Rd. If recommending approval, the following conditions for approval <br />would .be recommended: <br />1) The applicant is permitted to build the proposed detached accessary structure to a size of . <br />square feet, according to.the plans submitted to the city and reviewed with this request. <br />2) The applicant is required to acquire a building permit from the city for the proposed structure, and <br />to submit a grading :& erosion control plan to city staff for review prior to issuance. of a building <br />permit, so as. to ensure drainage issues are mitigated. <br />3) The existing detached shed .on the site shall be removed upon.. completion .of the proposed <br />detached accessory structure. <br />4) Any connections of the proposed accessory structureto city utilities shall adhere W applicable city <br />requirements. <br />5) The applicant is required to adhere.to all. applicable local; State, or Federal regulations. <br />s) The applicant is required to acquire any other pppiicable local, State;..or Federal permits for this <br />request: <br />
