Evaluation of Conditional Use Permit Application <br />4 <br />•Section 19.5.2.4 states that, “where <br />illuminated signs are permitted, the use <br />of lighting, electronic message center, or <br />dynamic display as an element of a sign <br />is a conditional use subject to Section <br />17.5.” <br />•This section continues and states that, <br />“Internally illuminated signs are permitted <br />in the Neighborhood Mixed-Use and <br />Neighborhood Center subzones only. <br />Ensure lighting that is directed downward <br />and way from adjacent properties and <br />rights-of-way.”
