A majorityof the housing: units within Gem Lake are in the three <br />bedroom or more category with 71 three. bedroom units and 41 four. <br />bedroom units.. There were.12 units with five or more bedrooms, arid: <br />only 18 two bedroom units and..1 'one bedroom units. Of the renter - <br />occupied uAitS, .four are listed -as three bed OOm u6.i#s, two as one <br />bedroom units and one 2. bedroom unit. <br />The- I990' census ..showsthat there are -439 persons and 140 <br />.households ,in Gem Lake; for' an average. of 1-14 <br />g persons per <br />household. A vast majority of the households. in. Cem Lake contain <br />ont to four persons, with 45'.two-person households, 3b four -person <br />households, 2-1three }�etson households and 19 one <br />households.
