There are an. -additional 0.3 miles of semi-public streets <br />which are privately maintained. <br />Policy: <br />The City will continue to contract far road maintenance and <br />commence plans for funding maittenance of additional 1.3 mile. of <br />.roadways to be fumed back to the Cityby Ramsey Countyin the year <br />.2000: <br />11A Professional Assistance <br />There are no full-time..employees of the City of -Gem Lake, .All <br />pirofessional.assistance including lawyers., engineers and pliers are <br />retained on a contractual basis. <br />Policies: <br />a. A part-time.. and ultimately a full-time City official will be <br />employed to handle day to day civic affairs. <br />b.
