Planning Commission Recommendation to City Council: <br />Change to 8.3.1 0) of the Consolidated Land Use Ordinance 131 <br />In. further support of the recent changes to 5.1, 5.3, and 7.3 of the Consolidated Land <br />Use Ordinance 131 that followed a Public Nearing, discussion, and formal motion <br />approved at the July 6, 2021 Planning Commission Meeting acid action taken at the City <br />Council Meeting on July 20, 2021, an additional, clarifying change is recommended <br />below: <br />Change in Section 8.3 Conditional & Interim Uses: <br />"8.3.1 D) The harboring and housing of agricultural animals on lots greater than <br />one (1.0) acre." <br />To. <br />"8.3.1 D) Truck gardening And ofh r;co nmercral:harircultural uses <br />andlorthe harboring and housing of agricultural animals on fats greater than one <br />(1.0) acre." <br />
