CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />November 10, 2025 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota shall consider an application from Topline Advertising, Inc. c/o Katie Weber for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to allow internally illuminated signage to provide elevation wall signage, directional signage, <br />and a freestanding pylon sign. The hearing will take place at the Planning Commission meeting on <br />December 2, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m. at the Gem Lake City Hall (4200 Otter Lake Road).
