November 10, 2025 <br /> <br />Dear Resident, <br /> <br />The City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, December 2nd, at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application by <br />Topline Advertising, Inc. c/o Katie Weber for a Conditional Use Permit to allow internally <br />illuminated signage to provide elevation wall signage, directional signage, and a freestanding <br />pylon sign. <br />The City’s Consolidated Land Use Ordinance requires a public hearing for all Conditional Use <br />Permit applications. You are being notified of this hearing because your property is within 350 <br />feet of the applicant’s property, 3610 Highway 61 North. <br />You may attend the public hearing if you wish to provide comments or ask questions about the <br />proposed request. The meeting will be held at Heritage Hall (4200 Otter Lake Road). <br />You may also submit comments in writing (by letter or email) to Barbara Suciu, City Clerk, at 4200 <br />Otter Lake Road, Gem Lake, MN 55110 or barbara.suciu@gemlakemn.org prior to noon on the <br />day of the meeting. The Clerk will provide all comments received to the Planning Commission.
