• The need for *an architectural design ordinance should be <br />explored. <br />Planned unit development or cluster development ordinance. <br />The City should consider adopting as.a standalone ordinance or <br />as part of the:2oning ordinances; provisions regulating planned <br />unit or cluster developments.- The districts to contain these types <br />of developments should tie. identified and the. types of uses <br />allowed, .the. performance standards required and the density <br />allowed should be determined. <br />12.3 Capital Improyement Plan <br />I order to guide -long-term. expenditures for costly public facilities <br />within the City, it is-ni nportant to adopt a Capital Improvement Plan <br />-(CIP) to guide the municipal budget.
