If -tabling this..re.quest,'the review period will need to be extended an additional 60 days. <br />This would need to be included in the motion to table <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planner would recommend tabling the item, to allow th$.appllcant to address issues with the.plans. <br />potentially not in conformance with the :Consolidated Land Use Ordinance.
