The proposed lot would have 22 stalls for displaying of <br />vehicles. The business and.parcel across the street are within Vadnais Heights city limits. <br />The proposed project was approved —previously by the city in 2019, .The project was never completed, <br />though, and so the approval expired after. one year: The.applicant is now applying for the same project <br />that was approved previously, :and is proposing .the same plans.and layout as in 201.9. <br />The Planning Commission. reviewed the request at their meeting on November 31d. The Commission <br />debated the proposed. plans; use of the site,. and potential cond'i.tions to place on the [UP. The <br />Commission made a recommendation to approve the requested 1UP, with a`number of conditions.
