The following conditions were recommended: 1. The applicant cannot conduct -automobile sales on the site. 2. The Interim Use Permit shall have a tiirie iimit of five(5) years from the date of approval by the City Council. 1 The applicant.shall secure all required permits, and comply with the requirements of said permits. 1
