G. All applicable state or federal requirements for sewage <br />effluent will be met or exceeded. <br />H. Wastewater generation served by ISTSs will be <br />required by the City to connect to the public system <br />within one year of the time service is made available. <br />I. A capital improvements program, which includes <br />sewer system improvements, will be developed. <br />J. Minimum lot sizes adequate to provide for all expected <br />improvements to ISTSs will be required. This will <br />allow for the installation of two ISTSs, in order to <br />insure space for an alternate system or system <br />expansion, in case of inadequacy or failure. <br />K. A continuing education program on the function and <br />maintenance of ISTSs will be established. <br />L.
