THE CLERK CALLED THE ROLL - PRESENT - Henry Hoffman, Hansen, Gray , Arcand and Morgan ABSENT - Dave Hoffman, 3. REPORTS OF COMMITTEES - none 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS none 7. NEW BUSINESS - a. Request from the " United Organizaticns of White Bear Lake", for a permit to use a portion of the facilities of Tousley Ford Inc., at highway #61 and East County Rd E to set uo the Al Brown Shows on the 24th =E x?2 to 27th of June, 1965. The proceeds are divided among the United Organizations. Also request beer licenses and Bingo Licenses. After a lengthy discussion the matter was put to a vote with the follwoing result: - Opposed - Arcand, Gray and Morgan For - Henry Hoffman Abstaining - Allen Hansen The clerk was instructed to write to Mrs. Rubye M. Mullett, President of the United Organizations and advise her that no permit would be granted. ( This the Clerk did on May 15th). b. The Clerk was also instructed to write to Walter Long adising him that he was no longer the Village "Building Inspector". 8, REPORTS OF VILLAGE OFFICERS - a. Treasurer absent - no report. b.
