1 <br />GEM LaJM VILLAGE <br />/ NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE <br />MEETING TUESDAY DECEMBER llth 1962, at 8:00 P.M. <br />at Hoffmans Corners Hall for a Public Hearing on the <br />proposed ZON13TG REGULATIONS FOR GEM LAKE VILLAGE. <br />These Zoning Regulations have been prepared by <br />Midwest Planning & Research Inc., after much consultation <br />with the Village Planning Comrdttee and the Village Council <br />during the past year and a half. <br />The Zoning Regulations are. described as follows; <br />.THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF GEM LASE VILLAGE, RUISEY COMITY, <br />MINNESOTA , RELATING TO AND REGULITING THE LOCATION, SIZE, USE <br />AND HEICETS OF BUILDINGS, THE ARRANGEMENT OF BUILDINGS 914 LO1S, <br />AND THE DENSITY OF POPULILTION DT THE VILLAGE OF GEM L?,,IE, AND <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE PUBLIC HEALTH. SAFETY, OFDER, <br />CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GEc1ERAL WELFARE IN SAID VILL":GE, <br />::ND FOR SAID PURPOSE, TO DIVIDE THE VILLAGE INTO DISTRICTS, 221D <br />MLKE DIFFERENT REGULATIONS FOR DIFFER,IT DISTRICTS. <br />ALL RESIDENTS of the Village are urged to attend this <br />Public Hearing on Tuesday December llth,1962, at Hoffmans Corners <br />Hall at 8:00 P.M. at which time MLidwest Planning and Research Inc., <br />will explain the objectives of the ordinance, and the method of <br />attaining these objectives and opportunity will be given to all <br />present to question any part thereof. <br />Note: Residents are also notified that preliminary data <br />regarding the White Bear City sewer and possible connections to <br />it will be a subject of discussion at the end of this meeting. <br />John E.
