page #2 - 40th meeting <br />FollowinP the public hearing the council net for business - <br />1. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:50 PM <br />2. The clerk called the roll - <br />Present, - Hoffman, Hansen, Gray, Morgan & Dave Hoffman. <br />Absent - Richard Arcand. <br />3. Hansen moved and Gray sencsied that reading of the minutes of the <br />previous meeting held November 20th be dispensed with. All Ayes. <br />4. Presentations from the floor - none <br />5. Reports of Committees - <br />a. Report of the Planning; committee is covered by the notes on the <br />public hearing. <br />b. Hansen moved and Gray seconded that the members of the Labe Area <br />Planning Conunittee be continued for another year. All Ayes. <br />6. Unf in-_ shed Business - none <br />7. New Business - <br />a. The Clerk read to the council the notices with regard to the <br />recounts of governor and Lt. governor. <br />b. The Council recommended that the next public hearing; on Zoni.!r- <br />and Subdivision Regultaions be held at the February meeting. <br />8. Reports of Village Officers - <br />a. Clerk read a letter from the county engineer requesting that all <br />new numbers for houses be submitted through the clerk. <br />b. Clerk gave details from the Assessor's report for 1962 - 1961. <br />c. Clerk gave information with re-ard to voting machines, as <br />requested by the county. is cc - of 41,600. seems a Little high <br />for a voting list of 175 neonle and the matter was tabled to the <br />distant future. <br />d.
