BUSINESS OF THE SPECIAL MEETING SEWER. <br />After a discussion of the sewer problem, the following resolution <br />was mov3d by Richard Areand, seconded by John Gray and unanimously <br />approved: - <br />RESOLVED :- that the Villagc d8uneil of Go: lake Village hereby <br />authorizes henry L. Hoffman and Allen R. Hancon to negotiate with <br />the White Bear City engineer ( Ponestrcc, Rosene Associates Inc..) <br />for the purpose of having them make a survey and prepare specific- <br />ations and estimate of all the coats involved In constr-ucting an <br />adequate --o er line from a location. on E.
