FORTY - THIRD MEETING VILLAGE OF GEM LAKE COUNCIL <br />MARCH 19th 1963 - H0FK1A NS CORNERS HALL. <br />1. THE MAYOR CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 8:20 PM. <br />2. THE CLERK CALLED THE ROLL - <br />PRESENT - Hoffman, Hansen, Arcand, Morgan and Dave Hoffman. <br />ABSENT - Gray. <br />3. THE CLERK READ THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD FEBRUAhY <br />19th 1963 - Moved by Arcand and seconded by Hansen that same be <br />approved as read - all ayes. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR - none. <br />5. REPORTS OF COMMITTEES - <br />a. Morgan reported for the planning com. that the Zoning Ordinance <br />#5 was published on March 14th 1963, <br />b. Morgan reported for the Lake Area Planning Com. that this corn. <br />will recommend to all villages the use of Subdivision Regulations. <br />6, UNFINISHED BUSINESS - none. <br />7. NEW BUS INESS - <br />a, Question of an "off. -sale" liquor license. It was the opinion <br />of the council that any question of "off -sale or on-sale"or any <br />cgmbination can only be considered if the matter is of wet or <br />dry is brought up by petition at the November el ection. <br />b. The Mayor, appointed Judson Bemis to the post of "Zoning Admini. <br />istrator". with John Morgan as his deputy. <br />8. REPORTS OF VILLAGE OFFICERS - <br />a.
