February 25th 1964 <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL - VILLAGE OF GEM 1AKE - P-.kMSEY COUNTY, Minn. <br />Re: Relocation of Single Family Dwelling unit by Clarence R. <br />Wild from outside the Village to a location on Scheuneman <br />Road, described as follows: - <br />The lot south of and adjacent to #3836 Scheumem an Road which <br />is the third lot north of Highway #61. <br />1. Clarence R. Wild proposes to move a Single Family Dwelling unit <br />from outside of Gem Lake Village onto the above described lot. <br />Said dwelling, unit meets the specifications outlined in Sections <br />10.1 through 10.6 of Zoning Ordinance #5 as to size and proposed <br />location on the lot as follows: - <br />Minimum Floor area <br />Minimum Frontage <br />Front Yard <br />Side Yard <br />Rear Yard <br />1,000 square feet <br />100 feet <br />35 " <br />�5 <br />25 �► <br />2. The Dwelling Unit has been examined by the deputy Zoning <br />Administrator and found compatible by him. <br />3.
