Wild <br />from outside the Village to a location on Scheuneman Road, <br />described as follows: -South of and adjacent to #3836 Scheurnman <br />Road and the th$trd lot north of Highway, t�61. <br />This location is in Zone R-4 in the Viage of Gem Lake, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota. <br />I. Clarence R. Wild proposes to move a Single Family Dwelling Unit <br />from outside of Gem Lake Village onto the above described lot. <br />Said dwelling unit meets the specifications outlined in Sections <br />10.1 through 10.6 of Zoning Ordinance #5 as to size and location <br />on the lot as follows: - <br />Minimum Floor area 1,000 square feet <br />Frontage 100 feet <br />Front ,yard 35 <br />Side yard 15 <br />Rear Yard 25 <br />2. The Dwelling Unit has been examined by the deputy Zoning Adminis- <br />trator and found compatible by him. <br />' 3.
