EIGHTY-EIGHTH MEETING - VILLAGE OF GEL LAKE COUNCIL NOVEMBER 22nd, 1966 - HOFFMANS CORNERS HALL L. THE MATOR CALLED THE MELTING TO ORDER AT 8:14 PM 2, THE CLERK CALLED THE ROLL - PRESE'NT - Hoffman, Gray, Arcand, Bigelow,Ward & Morgan Also Harry Conklins ABSENT - none. �. THE CLERK READ THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELI OCTOBER 18th, 1966 - Henry Hoffman moved and Miss Bigelow seconded that the same be approved as read. !+. PRESENTATIONS FROM 71IE FLOOR - none 5. REPORTS OF COMMITTEES - a. The clerk had not yet received Carley's report on roads. c. The Mayor reported that the Conklins and their neighbors were disturbed because they thought that the ditch wag to be put on their land instead of the R.R. ThS#r surveyor, L man called Ryan evidently put them 25 feet ast onto R.R. right-of-ea.y. Ryan is to resurvey - Clerk c4ecked with the Assessors office and theiz✓is no question but that the R.R. has a 200 foot right of way in that area. 6. UhFINISHED BUSINESS - none 7. NEW BUSINESS - a. Areand moved and Gray seconded that Christmas Tree Licenses be granted to White Bear Floral and to Philip, and that a moving permit be granted to H. Hoffman for two houses, All dyes. 8.
