CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />December 12, 2025 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota shall consider a Conditional Use Permit application from Tanner Berris of Superior Molecular <br />Inc. on behalf of property owner, White Bear Floral to allow for cannabis cultivation through a <br />microbusiness license for property at 3550 Hoffman Road (Parcel ID 343022120052). The hearing will <br />take place at the Planning Commission meeting on January 6, 2026, at approximately 7:00 p.m. at the <br />Gem Lake City Hall (4200 Otter Lake Road).
