Use Ordinance, the #allowing general. <br />standards shall be met: <br />17.5.9 General Standards. All Conditional and Interim Uses shall complywith the following general <br />standards. <br />B) New Uses. Shall conform as follows: <br />1) Compliance with a€1 zoning and other regulations as may otherwise. be. applicable;. <br />2.) The date.. or the event that. wiII terminate the: use can be identified with certainty;.. <br />3) The existence of the Conditional or Interim Use will riot impose additional costs <br />on the public if it becomes :necessary for the public to take the property in the <br />future; <br />4) The user agrees to any conditions of approval associated with the approval of the <br />Conditional or Interim Use Permit by the City Council. <br />C). No installation of in -ground irrigation shall be required of the property owner m there will be no <br />sewer and water in the building.
