Lake, MN <br />• During each visit, photographs will betaken, vegetation and hydrology condition will be <br />documented and all additional information. will .be acquired .to prepare a monitoring <br />report. as described below. <br />• Primary and secondary wetland hydrology indicators will be used to evaluate hydrology. <br />* Vegetation will be documented via meander. survey.:. Relative percent coverage will be <br />calculated by species then averaged for all site visits; and used to determine if vegetation. <br />performance standard have been satisfied. <br />■ A monitoring report will be submitted annually, The report will include relevant project <br />background; plans, observations of the site from the monitoring year; and a comparison <br />of observed versus expected performance standards. <br />• Each:annual monitoring report shall include the following information and any other site - <br />specific information identified by the Iocal government unit, including.information <br />related to performance standards. <br />a) A comparison of the as -built project plan versus the plan approved with the <br />application (first annual report. only) and rational for any significant changes; <br />b) A description of the project location, size, and current wetland types (Cowardin <br />classification) compared to planned wetland type (goal); <br />c) Hydrology observations: seasonal water level elevations or aerial coverage <br />measurement:during the period April through October; <br />d) .A map of plant: communities within the boundaries. of the replacement area, <br />including hydrologic indicators observed; <br />e) A description of actual wetland and upland management activities cornpleted <br />during the paA.year and activities planned for the upcoming year, <br />fj Color photographs of the project area taken anytime during the growing season;, <br />g) other information as required by the WCA LGU and USACE, including <br />corrective measures or specific performance standards, and <br />h) A delineation and survey of the replacement areas,,.if applicable, for the final <br />monitoring season. <br />
