PARTIES: This agreement, dated.the day of 2018,: is. <br />.entered into, pursuant to the provisions. of Minn. Stat, .§ 412.321by and between <br />the City of Vadnais Heights, a municipal corporation and political subdivision <br />of the State of. Minnesota.{herein " Vadnais. Heights") and the.City of Gem Lake,. a <br />mum6pal corporation and political subdivision of the. State of Minnesota therein <br />".Gem take"). <br />I1. RECITALS=Vadnais.Heights and Gem Lake share a common.border along <br />Ramsey County Road E from Labore Road to the east to Minnesota State Trunk <br />' Highway 61. Vadnais Hei ghts.has. extended its 12 inch .water main and a.8 inch112 <br />inch sanitary sewer along this common border. Gem lake is considering a <br />development of 18 acres along the north side of County .Road E. <br />The development is named the Villas of. Gem Lake and will consist of approximately <br />30 single fartiily residential. lots (herein. PURPOSE - The purpose of this agreement is to define -the scope of each party's <br />authority and responsibility in relationship to the construction,.maintmance.and use <br />of a connection by Gem Lake to the Vadnais Heights municipal water and sanitary <br />sewer system relating to the Villas. <br />IV.
