A motion was made by <br />Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember.Artig-Swomley to acceptthe 2017 auditor's <br />report forthe City of Gem Lake, motion passes, auditaccepted. <br />HI h Tech Auto- Conditional Use Permit Revoke -- Corn gany has gone out of business <br />A motion was made by Councilmember. Lin dner,.seconded by CounciImember Artlg75wom ley to revoke <br />the CUP for High Tech Auto, due to the company going out of business. Motion passes; C1:JP revoked. <br />3660 5cheuneman Road - Discussion to Condemn Pro ert <br />The. property is currently vacant and.has had on going blight conditions for a number of years. Am otio n. <br />was made by Councllmember Artig-Swomley, seconded by Councilmember Kuny to give a notice of <br />corrective action a.nd verify property titles.
