He agreed to pay Vadnals Heights for the lost tax revenue. Both cities are in agreement to the annexation. Annexation to proceed following Minnesota Statute 414.061. Mayor Uzpen - City of Gera Lake may have to. pay Vadnais Heights legal fees, estimate $3,04O-$51000, July Planning Commission land use ordinance will be updated, will go to the City Council July.10 for a vote,.
