Motion. passed, minutes. approved. <br />Committee Reports <br />Planning Commissioner Chair, Ben Johnson reported on the planning commission meeting that took <br />place on Monday, July 9: The count€l met to. discuss making changes to the Consolidated Land Use <br />Ordinance,.Section 9.6.5. The council agreed to.add distillery, on and off sale liquor, microbmw, <br />meadery, convenience stores, fuel islands, Coffee shop and restaurant: No wholesale distribution: The <br />council discussed the 60% glass coverage, noted that 50% is. a guide, nor more than 60% and not less <br />than 35%.
