Open Items Residents Comments <br />Joshua Eckton, Honey Bear Meadery, proposed business for 159.5 E.:Cou.nty.Road E, G.em Lake, <br />presented a proposal for a meadery at 1595 E. County Road E, Gem Lake, stated he supported the <br />zoning :ordinance amendments. Fritz Magnuson, resident,.as.a result of the.4th of July storm and grading <br />within the Villas Developrnent, he estimated that 1.6 000. gallons of water has settled in his hack yard <br />and the adjacent property. City Engineer stated that a temporary remediation is currently in place. Mr. <br />Maghuson's states that his property is still we.t. City Engiheer Gese responded that the conditions are a <br />result of the contra ctor's.meaiis and methods, and that which we are not allowed to dictate. This was <br />caused: by the contractor:and.measures. are being taken to resolve the. situation, Councilmember <br />Lindner had a. brief meeting on the Rush. Line project, discussing a potential bus stop in Gem Lake oil 61. <br />Acting Mayor Artig-Swomley asked if this. was far the $400 million bus route. Councilmember Lindner <br />noted that he.saw an article about New Trak in the White Bear Press and a new bus line and the. need <br />for donations.
