Minnesota.Statute:sectiori 2.04B:14, subd. 3 (d) requires:thatprecinet boundaries roust be <br />reestablished within 60 days of when the legislature has been redistricted or at least 19 weeks before the <br />state primary election, -whichever comes first; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED, that the City Council ofxhe City of Gem Lake; County of <br />Ramsey,:State of Minnesota hereby reestablishes the boundaries ofthe votink. precincts and polling places <br />as follows: <br />Preciact.1 (Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter.
