Provided that zoning requirements and other municipal ordinances.are met, <br />the proposed project would be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />8) Anticipated Duration of the Conditional or interim Use <br />As a conditional use,. the. proposed structure would be intended to be used for a considerable <br />length of time. <br />17 5.9(B) <br />1) Compliance with all zoning -and other regulations as may otherwisebe applicable;. <br />The proposed. request is compliant with setback and height requirements, and would be. required <br />to comply with all other applicable local, State, or Federal regulations.
