Engagement for the County Road E Corridor Planning project .would be modeled. on the Rice -La rperjteur Vision Plan, with an advisory council comprised of elected.officiaIs, county and. city staff in addition to a citizen advisory group drawn from residents, business owners, area employees, service organizations and. other interested stakeholders.
