His concerns were about automotive <br />dealerships being permitted in the gateway district, the;plowing of the street and cul-de-sac leading.to the <br />dealership:and who would be responsible for it, and the*sidewalkthat:was mentioned in the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />City Planner Evah.-Monson addressed the concern oil the automotive dealerships being permitted in the <br />gateway district and let those in. attendance .know that the Ordinance was amended back in 2019 for this <br />project to specifically happen by requiring a. Conditional Use .Permit because this .type of project is <br />permitted in theAdjacent.municipality. <br />Mr. Sabraski addressed the other"tWo conceh s oh snowplowing and the sidewalk. At this time they are. <br />still finalizing the details, but the snowplowing ivould be assumed by Vadriais-Heights for the cul-de-sac. <br />The sidewalk connection will follow -the: construction of Willow Lake Blvd when it is completed: <br />Commission.
