It is now legal to. sell certain edibles.and bever4goinfuted with tetrahydro.pa Ab nn iin ol <br />(THQ, the cannabis ingredient extracted fro w. bomp. <br />The new law was passed by the Legislature as part -ofUmpteL28. Article. 13 makes several <br />changes to Minnesota .8taigte, , section 15132 regarding the sale of certain cannabihoid (CBD) <br />products. The changes. took effe ct.cin jaly I. <br />The new law amends the scope of sale of any product -that contains cannabinoids extracted <br />from hemp and that is an edible c annabinoid product or is intended for. human or animal <br />consumption. <br />Pfevi6us law authorized a <br />product containing <br />norift4b*qatin--g cannabinoids to be sold, but the <br />authority to sell edible CBD product's was unclearr. The -new -law expands the authority to: <br />include nonintoxicatin& cannabinoids, including edible- canuabinoid products, provided they <br />do -flot,contain moreAhzin. 0.3%. of any THC. An edible -dannabinold product alsocannot exceed <br />more than five milligrams of any THC in a single serving,. or more than..a total of W-milligrams <br />of any T14C per package. <br />f"I", Under the law, where are edible cannabinoids <br />allowed to be sold? <br />A2.
