Safety <br />Crash history reports that 'only three involved vehicles traveling to. or from: Hoffman Road " On. <br />the crash diagram it appears that.there are four and potentially a fifth depending on description, <br />! The diagram. for the 9/11/2012 crash may be.a.right turn to Hoffman, since the left through lane <br />ends just past that: Iocatlon. <br />b. .Several places in the report, state that u-turns which would likely increase with restricted access, <br />would ".cause. a safety.coneem". We do not. agree .that this would. be. a safety concern, with`u- <br />turns not being out of the ordinary on. the TH 81 corridor, <br />On page 8. of the report, expresses concern on the part of businesses foru-turns that would occur <br />from Scheuneman Road. Figure 7 of the report shows this volume to be no Vehicles In the AM. <br />Peak Hour and 12 vehicles in the PM Peak Hour. These volumes indicate very little impact. Also <br />i of note is that CR E:east of TH.01 does not have a. center median, therefore if u-turns.began to <br />occur, they would likely.be prohibited.. <br />A. Modeling <br />a. What speed was used for CR E? <br />b. Does.the modeling reflect the following lane uses of these Intersections? <br />1.
