Pratt. .Minutes approved, <br />Old Business <br />None <br />Public Haring <br />The Planning Commissioners reviewed. and. approved the Meeting.Minutes for August,.2018 <br />(see attached), held public hearings for: applications from Hy-Vee.an:d Honey Bear Meadery and <br />Beard comments -from. Gem Lake City Planner Torn Riedesel, the. applicants and. members of .the <br />community. <br />Z. Application from Hy-Vee to redevelop the. SE corner of Highway 61 and Ramsey <br />County Road E. <br />The Planning Commission recommends the Hy-Vee. application beapproved by the City <br />Council, provided the applicant meet those conditions identified.as'actions' i-11, on <br />pages. 7-9 of the application review Memorandum from. City Planner Torn Riedesel.. to. <br />the City of. Gem Lake Planning Commission dated June 27, 418 and updated August 1 <br />and August 21,.20.18. <br />2.
