Following a review of the Application Review Memorandum from City Planner Torn <br />Riedesel, the. Commissioners, and applicant had a discussion m :regards to the. possibility of <br />granting a variance from the existing zoning:requirements pertaining to location, height: and <br />size of the .proposed garage. addition.
