AUGUST 14, 2018 <br />RE: SKETCH PLAN REVIEW HONEY BEAR MEADERY <br />Affer.reviewing the proposed. floor layout for Honey Bear Meadery, 1595 County <br />Road E E, Gem Lake, l offer the fallowing comments. <br />• The Honey Bear Meadery proposal requires a :change in building <br />occupancy from a general businesslretail use (as is existing currently) to <br />an assemble/gathering type use. This proposed change in use requires <br />the facility to. meet all current building. code. requirements. <br />• The sketch plan depicts an. occupant load of 49 occupants using fixed <br />seating. A more detailed seating plan shall be submitted to the Met <br />Council for SAC (sewer availability charge) determination. <br />• Detailed construction documents shall be submitted to the. Gem Lake <br />Building. Department for permitting and review.. <br />• Review and approval from the Ramsey County Health Department is <br />required.. <br />• Detail plumbing plans shall be submitted to the Department of Labor and <br />Industry for review and approvals.. <br />I <br />
