Recyclable Material to determine its actual <br />composition of Unacceptable Material;.and (b) an updated'Collection and Processing rate*commensurate <br />with the composiitiorr of.: Unacceptable Material. <br />9. Reporting:. Cbrnpariy will provide City with a anonthly report detailing the total tons of Recyclable <br />Material received from the City during the previous month. <br />10. Changes in Market Conditions. If market. conditions develop that limit or inhibit Company from selling <br />some or all of the Acceptable Material, Company -may at its option aad upon -notice to. Supplier (i) redefine. <br />Acceptable::and Unacceptable Materials, (H) suspend or discontinue arty or a11* Services, or (iii) dispose of <br />the Acceptable Material (as: currently defined) in :a landfill and update the pricing to City accordingly. <br />Any such actions, if taken, may be reversed or further changed as market conditions dictate. Company <br />shall notify the City of anmarket condition changes that: impact the Agreement. <br />11. Acceptable Material. All material must be. empty, clean andrlry.
