All trucks shall be maintained in goodworking order and shall.be equipped and <br />1. -maintained to meet all Federal, State; and municipal regulations concerning vehicles used on <br />public roads. <br />4.5 Vehicle Ins 'on. All vehicles used in the performance bf this Agreement shall be' made <br />available for inspection at least once each year. However, if a vehicle has been inspected and <br />approved by anotber governmental agency,.or.certified-inspector, within the previous, twelve (12) <br />months, no additional inspection shall be required. Documentation of such inspection shall be <br />provided by Company to the City. <br />4.6 Description of Vehicles, Company shall furnish tfte City with awritten description of all vehicles, <br />including loaded and. unloaded weights and number of axles, and other .equipment to be used <br />within the City; and in -the: performance.of this Agreement, shall. advise the City. in writing of any <br />withdrawal of a.part:of such equipment, or of any change therejn; within ono.(I) week of the time <br />of.aiakingsueb change. Also, Company will supply the CityVith Certificates of Insurance for all <br />vehicles used by Company in satisfying.this contract. <br />4.7 The City Roads. Company shall. contact the: City Pilblio 'Works Department prior to each <br />Construction season to determine afeas of conflict:and.po5sib.Ie alternate routes or soltftions. No <br />additional compensation, will. be made for this interference. <br />41 Sliftij Road Restricfioiâ–ºs. Company shall follow all: -spring: road weight restrictions as posted by <br />tiie City, or as -otherwise notified. <br />5. Re§ident Education. The City shall notify all Residents about set-up, service -;related inquiries, complaint <br />procedures, rates, regulations, and day(s) for:scheduled Recycling.MaterhA collections. Company is responsible for informing Residents of how*to.properly prepare the City <br />itlentifsed'targeted recyclables for collection: Company shall notify Residents of targeted recyclable items <br />that* have not been properly preparedi by leaving: an :educational tag to inform the Residents how to <br />properly prepare the.ltecyclable: Material .so that it will 'be acceptable for pickup, <br />7. Public Education Materials. <br />7.1 .Annual MailinglReference.
