As used in this paragraph, "property" does not include <br />a residence or private building. Minnesota .Rules, Chapters 7080 or 7081. <br />(2) It is the responsibility of the SSTS owner or the owner's agent to notify the <br />Department two (?).calendar days prior to any .permitted work out the SSTS. <br />(3) .Installation inspections shall be made at each installation, prior to any work having <br />been covered by backfill.
