d. Program. and Performance Reports <br />1. The. Municipality shall meet with county staff for a mid -year status update related to the <br />SCORE incentives. funds by July 3, 2023. <br />2. The. .Municipalitysha11 submit a year-end report to the Cburitythrough ReTRAC, the.County's <br />recycling and solid waste data managementtool, by February•13. 2024-.The report is to <br />Include informatign.omrecycling at all residential units, including multi -unit dwellings and <br />rdanufactured home parks, even if the Miunicipality does not provide collection services to <br />those units: <br />a. .Staftirig in 2023, the municipality will need to submit a narrative reporttasupport•tlie• <br />.incentive work completed within the year. The Municipality -is re5ponsiblefor providing <br />.complete and accurate information for all applicable screens in the ReTRAC database. <br />e. Financial Reports <br />1. The Municipality shall submit, if requested by the County in its -sole discretion, an audited <br />financial report that shows how funds received from the County pursuarit`to this:Agreement <br />were. disbursed. <br />.2: Financial reports shall be in a form to be•deterrriined by the Couhty,.ln its sole discretion: <br />3. If the municipality has a Joint Powers Agreement for Recycling Funding, the Municipality <br />shall submit a letter which certifies that SCORE funds have been used. pursuant to the Joint <br />Powers Agreement and this Agreement. <br />2. TERM. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from -January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. <br />3. CANCELLATION <br />Either party.may cancel this Agreement at ally time upon thirty.(30) days written notice to the other <br />party. In. the event of•#ermination, the Municipality shall be entitled to reimborsementfor those. <br />•eligible eXperises'incurred up to the. termination date, provided the expe►ises.have been incurred. <br />•aci:ordingto thg budget shown in Attachment A and the Municipality is notQtherwise in default of <br />.any•terms and conditions in this Agreement. <br />4. DEFAULT <br />Any of the following shall c6ristitut6defaulit•on.the part of the Municipality: <br />The failure, ofthe Municipality tquAp•fiinds in a manner. consistent with this Agreement and <br />Attachment A. <br />6. The failure of the Municipality or its (sub)contractor(s) to use their nest efforts to. ensure the <br />maximum collection and marketing..of recyclable materials from all residential units. <br />2023.
