Funds not spent by the Municipality during the budget year will be retained by the County. Qgspent funds. may be. used by the County for SCORE -eligible expenditures as determined. by the County. The County shall reimburse the Municipality a maximum notto exceed sum of$1,1941n base funding and $246 in Incentive funding.
