Economic impact on the entire area; and <br />7. Consistency with the Comprehensive Municipal Plan.;. and <br />S. Anticipated duration of the conditional or interim use. <br />The proposed addition was started by the property owner but was stopped by Code <br />Enforcement as the required. Conditional Use Permit .had not been processed. The <br />addition has been framed but work on the addition has stopped. <br />The addition is located between a newly constructed refuse/recycling storage area and a <br />"lean to" addition. This addition. appears to have been in place for many years. The <br />proposed. addition. will have.dirnensions of 15' x 20' and will but up to the. existing building, <br />The addition wiII have a slanted roof With. the high point: adjacent to the building. The law <br />point and opening of the addition is on the north side of the structure, The addition will <br />have corrugated siding to match the existing building. The addition is proposed to be used <br />for storage. The addition is on a part of the site which is currently Class V gravel. Class <br />V will be the base initially but concrete is planned in the future. <br />In order to process. the requested Conditional Use Permit, the:. Planning Commission and <br />City Council must consider the impact of the proposed addition, as it relates to the <br />standards for approval, defined by the City's Zoning Ordinance. <br />If the standards are being met,. the Conditionai Use Permit may be approved :as. <br />requested, Since this is a request for a Conditional Use Kermit, the City may attach <br />reasonable conditions to the permit. <br />it must be noted. that SGS Holdings was issued a Conditional Use. Permit for the auto <br />sales building in 2010..
