AGREEMENT FOR PATROL SERVICES BETWEEN <br />CITY OF WRITE BEAR LAKE AND CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />This AGREEMENT FOR PATROL SERVICES BETWEEN CITY OF WMTE BEAR <br />LAKE AND CITY OF GEM LAKE, is entered this 2 15 t day of N o v e m. b e r 2017 <br />between the City of White Bear Lake, a municipal corporation located in Ramsey and Washington <br />Counties, State of Minnesota, and the City of Gem. Lake, a municipal corporation situated in R a in s e y <br />County; State of Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake is desirous of contracting with the City of White <br />Bear Lake for certain police services,..and <br />WHEREAS; the City of White Bear Lake is agreeable: to rendering such <br />services on the terms and. conditions hereinafter stated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows: <br />1. The City of White Bear Lake will. provide 2 4 h o u r police services <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Gem Lake to the same extent and. in the same <br />manner "the level of service.provided inthe City of White Bear Lake. Such services.shall include <br />patrol and call services .equal to the level now pet .formed inthe City of White Bear Lake; Court <br />related services necessary to process incidents in Ramsey County District Court; furnishing all <br />equipment and maintenance for dispatching and. communication, photography, and: evidence <br />processing, a n i m a.l co n t r o 1 s ex v i c: e s; record keeping and Clerical services; license and <br />background checks; and .furnishing of law enforcement.service information .that is public information <br />under the Minnesota Data .Practices Act to the: City of Gem Lake City Council. <br />The manner of rendering such service, :standards. of performance, supervision. of <br />personnel, discipline of officers., and. other matters incident thereto shall be exclusively performed <br />by the City of White .Bear Lake. Final evall"iion..d conclusion of perfom'iance is detmnined bythe Police Chief <br />ofthe City of White Bear Lake <br />The City of White Bear .Lake. will act in good faith. in sending vehicle(s),. equipment. and <br />personnel to any request for service shall use best efforts and practices to. provide such services pursuant <br />
