Additional services outside of the scope of this agreement include dedicated officers at special events, dedicated attendance at City. of Gem Lake City Council meetings, City of Gem Lake City staff meetings; or any other service that requires an off cer or officers to staff the event duringa specified time. Lake City Council meeting per year during the term of this:Agreement,. at no additional charge; to discuss .this.Agreement. and the provision. of police services .to the City of Gem Lake. 9. All proceeds derived from the public disposal of any property confiscated in the City of Gem Lake in the -course : of police operations shall be remitted to the City of Gem rake. 10.
