The :guidelines. established in this. section are for the. purpose of promoting quality development <br />that is attractive, convenient and .compatible with surrounding uses. These guidelines are intended to be general in nature and <br />not to restrict creativity, variety or innovation.. However, unless site characteristics or conditions dictate otherwise,.
