A) Residential Construction <br />1} :No building permits will be issued for the. proposed construction or remodeling. until the data <br />required has been reviewed and approved by the .Plaza. Review Commission which shallbe charged with <br />completion of the review in a timely manner. <br />a) If approved. by the Plan Review Corrirnission; one (1) copy of the data shall be .filed with <br />the. application. fora building permit, one (1) copy shall be attached to the arcbitectural plans <br />retained by the City for it's records. and one (1) copy shall be attached to the. architectural plans <br />and made available for inspection at theconstruction site. <br />b) In the event the applicant arid. Plan Review Cornxnission :disagree on any portion of the <br />proposed .plans which would preclude issuance of a building permit,, the .matter may be <br />submitted to the.City Council.
