A} In business districts all materials, egitipment and vehicles shall be stored. in a building or. hilly screened (so <br />as not to be visible) from adjoining .propetties or:a street except for: <br />1) Temporary storage of construction -and landscap1 g:materials currently being used on the. premises. <br />2) Open Storage Lots where screening but not a building shall be required. <br />3) Open Sales: or Rental Lots where merchandise for retail sales or. rental maybe displayed in areas <br />designated by the required Site plan or a Conditional or Interim Use. Permit, <br />B) The use: of commercial storage equipment and/or semi -trailer type containers or other. similar portable <br />storage uflits.is not allowed in any business district unless an- Interim Use Perndt for a period not to eXceed <br />one -hundred eighty (180) days is first secured in accordance with Section 17.6 of this Ordinance. Whenever <br />possible; such containers .should:be restricted to a location m the side or rear.yard. <br />Section 18.4 Refuse. <br />18.4.1. In. All Districts, all waste material., .debrisrefuse, of garbage shall: oe,kept in an enclosed building or properly <br />contained in a. closed container designed for such purposes..Farms may b-e :excluded from. this requirement providing <br />the waste material is that commonly associated and, inc[deintal to normal farm -'.operations.
